Villa Coruja can be rented out all year round and is in highest demand during spring, summer and autumn seasons.
Prices (for 2025/2026) per day are:

INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL:
All bedding, towels, beach towels, entire house cleaning after your check-out.
Minimum rental period is 5 days, except July & August – then it’s 7 days.
Long-term bookings (one month and longer) are applicable for a discount. More details upon contact.
Cancellations:
| within 30 days of arrival, no refund of the total price |
| within 60 days of arrival, will receive a 50% refund of the total price |
| outside these time frames will receive a 75% refund of the total price |
