Villa Coruja is situated within walking distance to a quirky and laid back Salema fishermen village in the Algarve, Portugal. It is available for rental as a fully equipped holiday home that can sleep up to 6 people. It has a beautiful pool with mature gardens around it. .The villa has two floors, the ground floor consists of three large bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.
On the first floor is a large living and dining room with a fireplace, dining table, child seat and a large outside terrace of about 30m² with unspoiled views over the Costa Vincentina national park and the Atlantic ocean in the distance. The newly fitted and fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, and oven.
Bedroom 1 (double) is 16m² with an en-suite a 6m² bathroom consisting of a walk in shower and bath, toilet and bidet. The room also has direct child safe access to the heated pool.
Bedroom 2 (double) is 24m² with an en-suite 5m² bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and bidet. This room also has direct child safe access to the heated pool.
Bedroom 3 (double) is 17m² and has a 5m² en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and toilet.

The heated pool is 4 x 8 meters with steps for easy. The pool area has 6 pool beds, plenty of space and an outside shower. Access to the Pool area is also ‘child safe’ where all access points can be secured as appropriate.
Villa Coruja offers peace, quite and privacy all year around. It’s location allows all of your senses to fully experience the sounds, the views and the beautiful aroma’s of the unspoiled Cape St Vincent National Park. For the colder winter nights the property has been fully insulated, with double glazing and underfloor heating throughout.
Around Villa Coruja
The villa is located about 1.5km from the traditional fishing village Salema. The village with its range of excellent restaurants, bars and cafes, also has a beautiful, long and sandy beach and has worked hard to maintain its charming personalty. It is possible to access all the variety of the Western Algarve from the Villa. It’s countless, varied and exquisite beaches huddle among coves stretching from Lagos to Sagres and then up the West Coast. It is still possible, even at the height of the summer season, to locate isolated beaches that you enjoy alone. We provide some recommendations for you at the Villa for during your stay.
Supermarkets and other amenities are also close (the local Intermarche, in Budens, is 2km away) with Lagos providing the most extensive range of facilities.
